Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request access, book a demo, or create an account, we collect your name, work email address, company, and anything else you choose to send us. Account authentication uses emailed sign-in links, so we process your email address to sign you in.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website or the platform, we and our providers collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, for keeping you signed in, and for product analytics.

Candidate information. The Revcenter platform searches for and enriches information about professionals on behalf of our customers. This includes name, job title, employer, work history, location, public profile links, and business contact details such as work email address. We obtain this information from public sources and from third-party data providers, not from the candidates themselves. Our customers decide who they search for and who they contact; for that data we generally act as a service provider or processor on their behalf.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Revcenter platform.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To source, score, and enrich candidate profiles at our customers’ direction.
• To send transactional messages about your account and the service.
• To send marketing about Revcenter, where permitted, and to measure whether it works.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:

• Cloud hosting, database, and background-job infrastructure providers.
• Candidate data and enrichment providers (including HarvestAPI, Prospeo, and search APIs) used to find and verify professional profiles and business contact details.
• Outreach and email delivery providers (including Smartlead, HeyReach, and Resend) used to send messages our customers compose.
• Product analytics (PostHog) and website visitor identification (RB2B).

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

You can opt out of the visitor-identification advertising described above at app.retention.com/optout. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the platform may stop working.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information. Email us at privacy@revcenter.ai to make a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are a candidate and want your information removed from searches or outreach run through Revcenter, contact us at the address above. Where the data is held on behalf of a customer, we will act on that customer’s instructions and pass your request to them.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes after that — for example, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet record-keeping obligations. Customer workspace data, including sourced candidate lists, is retained for the life of the account and deleted or returned on request after termination.

We use technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from the United States and our providers may process information there or in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, for transfers out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland.

Revcenter is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and we will provide additional notice for material changes.
