Responsibilities
- •Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- •Build and optimize real-time voice AI systems and integrations
- •Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- •Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
Qualifications
- •5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- •Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- •Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or voice/telephony APIs
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- •Experience with AI/ML systems or conversational AI
- •Background in the home services or field service management industry
- •Experience with ServiceTitan or similar FSM platforms
