Responsibilities
- •Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive product adoption
- •Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions
- •Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- •Serve as the voice of the customer internally
- •Develop and document best practices and playbooks
Qualifications
- •3+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS
- •Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- •Experience with customer success tools and CRMs
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
- •Experience in the home services or field service industry
- •Technical background or familiarity with AI products
- •Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
