Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive product adoption
  • Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Develop and document best practices and playbooks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with customer success tools and CRMs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the home services or field service industry
  • Technical background or familiarity with AI products
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
